Digital Access

Digital Access by rmahey96 on GoAnimate

Digital Access is the use of technology and how frequent you use technology. A seventh grade student probably has less digital access than a post-graduate buisiness man. You might have more digital access than other students. For example, you can have a phone with twitter and messaging and another student might not have a phone.
This has a small effect on my life. Personally, I feel like I don't over-use my use of technology use. I know people who post tweets and pictures like no tomorrow. I feel like this damages the brain. Without their digital access, they would definetly be less happy. If they have never used technology excessively, they would be a lot closer to everyone they see everyday. I see people's faces when I walk the hallways and they're mostly on their phone or just keep walking like they don't want to make a freindship. After all, we are only seeing eachother for 4 years out of the 60 something years we're expected to live for.
The Digital Divide in education is techonlogy in schools for education. Schools are debating on using digital access inside classes for educational purposes. This might get over-ruled probably because all students will not follow rules and will go on other webistes in class.
Digital Divide has a small effect on me because I can learn with a whiteboard. If I have to use the internet for school work I can go on the laptop or desktop at my house. I don't need internet in school.
Digital Divide has an effect on my school because the people who don't have digital access are left out of the technology world. If they hear their friends talk about twitter or instagram they'll feel confused and have low self-esteem.
